By utilizing the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessment as a tool to highlight our strengths, blind spots and areas of improvement, we have the vocabulary to articulate the connections between the various emotional intelligence skills so that a process for improvement can be developed.
In this leadership workshop, with the knowledge gained from the “Embrace your Oddity†workshop, participants continue to deepen the value that authenticity brings into their lives by looking at the benefits of becoming a more authentic leader. Participants will explore taking their authenticity externally while increasing their understanding of emotional intelligence and the pivotal role it plays in the success of one’s authentic external expression.
This workshop can be customized to accommodate both individual and organizational goals and challenges.
The Embrace Your Oddity workshop is a prerequisite for this workshop.
