Emotional Intelligence EQ-i2.0Â Leadership Assessments
By utilizing the EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence assessment as a tool to highlight blind spots, the client and coach have the vocabulary to articulate what the strengths and areas for improvement are and start to understand the connections between the various emotional intelligence skills so that together they begin to design a process for improvement.
