The second generation EQ-i 2.0 Leader Assessment measures the client’s results against not only the median average but also the top 100 emotionally intelligent leaders in North America. Bill will also use any existing assessment tools that the client has already completed (ie; Myers Briggs, Kolbe, etc.) as a tool for expanding their awareness of potential opportunities to consider for development of their performance agenda. Bill utilizes the “living systems approach” to team coaching. With any pre-determined goals set, Bill works with the team as the experts in their work facilitating an “appreciative approach”. This empowers the team to gain the awareness that allows them to anchor best practices and make choices that will effectively address any issues and gaps as they move forward as a collaborative team.
