A professionally certified executive coach and President of Changing Dimensions for over a decade, William (Bill) provides executive coaching for managerial to CEO level executives for individual and team leadership development. He has also developed a series of workshops that draw on his decades of business and coaching experience and explore how authentic leadership and high emotional intelligence are key components of successful leadership.

Bill is known for his leading edge thinking, his highly intuitive and creative fun approach, as well as his commitment to holding high standards for himself and his clients.

By means of a customized coaching approach focusing on the authenticity of individuals and teams, Bill has facilitated positive personal and career shifts that have generated significant results for his clients.

Bill is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and utilizes the EQ-i ^2.0 Leadership Assessment which is a comprehensive self assessment of an individual’s emotional intelligence and leadership profile. By utilizing the EQ-i ^2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment clients gain greater insight in understanding their strengths, blind spots and areas for improvement. By making connections between the various emotional intelligence skills they can together design a process for improvement. This EQ-i ^2.0 Leadership Assessment is now included in all of Bill’s leadership development coaching programs.

In addition to his coaching practice he is a Faculty Member and served as a Board Director for ADLER-Faculty of Coaching.

Bill designs and delivers programs leading to certification of new coaches at the ADLER-Faculty of Coaching. He also facilitates programs and coaches clients internationally, working with individuals and organizations in Europe and the United States in conjunction with his Canadian coaching practice.

Qualifications

Bill is a professionally certified coach (PCC) and member with the globally recognized, International Coaching Federation (ICF). He received coach training at the Adler School of Professional Coaching.

He is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach.

  

Background

Prior to executive coaching, Bill garnered over 20 years of experience as an accomplished senior business professional. His experience includes executive positions in advertising, publishing and sales management.
